Certificate of Insurance (COI) Risk Management Consulting

STANDARD PLAN

Certificate of Insurance (COI) Process Review
The standard plan offers an enhanced level of oversight designed to detect compliance gaps that could negatively affect your business in the event of an insurance claim.

HOW IT WORKS
We collaborate closely with our clients to assess current processes and reveal hidden vulnerabilities that may increase risks when working with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Our thorough analysis aims to inform clients about the risks associated with their current management of contractor, subcontractor, and vendor insurance documents, as well as the critical importance of performing diligent vetting of contractors prior to the commencement of work.

Bonus: We will also conduct a one-time review of your company's general liability policy exclusions to identify policy potential gaps. (Maximum 2 GL Policies)

Beyond The Assessment

PROFESSIONAL PLAN
This plan includes all the features of the Standard Plan, along with additional benefits: assistance in developing and implementing a completely new Certificate of insurance risk management process from the ground up, or the option to enhance your existing certificate of insurance management process to address any identified gaps that may leave you vulnerable. We also provide training once your process is established, which includes the creation of training materials for you and your staff, as well as remote training sessions to ensure a smooth transition to your new process.

Ongoing Support

ADVANCED PLAN
This plan goes beyond standard consulting services, offering comprehensive administrative support for clients managing 50 contractors or fewer.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
We facilitate the administrative processes necessary for ensuring compliance while working with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Our services encompass:

Collection of Insurance Documents: We gather all necessary insurance documentation from your contractors.
